Often teams made up of highly successful and talented people fail to live up to expectations (think of the England football team!). This shows that having lots of talent does not guarantee success.

Dr Meredith Belbin's research reveals that success ultimately depends on team member's behaviour.  He identified nine team roles that contribute to a team's success.  

This tutorial gives you an overview of these nine team roles and how you can use them to develop effective teams in your workplace.
